FAQ :
This notification amends Customs Notification No. 130/2010-Customs, published on 23rd December 2010.
A new entry, serial number 48, is being inserted into the table of the principal notification, listing 'Canada' and 'Air Canada'.
This notification shall come into force on the 1st day of July, 2025.
The amendment is made in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962.
The notification is issued by the Central Government, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue).
