This notification serves to amend Customs Notification 36/2001 by substituting Tables 1, 2, and 3.
Customs Notification 36/2001, dated 3rd August 2001, is being amended.
The amendment is issued by the Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs.
Tables 1, 2, and 3 of the original notification have been substituted with new tables.
The amendments are made in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962.
