FAQ :
Para 2.60 of the Handbook of Procedure, 2015-2020, concerning the procedure for imports under the Tariff Rate Quota Scheme, has been replaced.
Imports under the Tariff Rate Quota Scheme are now governed by Customs Notification No. 28/2020-Customs dated 23.06.2020 of the Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance.
The amendment was issued by the Director General of Foreign Trade, Government of India.
This Public Notice was issued on 16 December, 2020.
