Alteration in the name of "Oman International Bank S.A.O.G"

to "HSBC Bank Oman S.A.O.G" in the Second Schedule to

the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934

We advise that the name of "Oman International Bank S.A.O.G" has been changed to "HSBC Bank Oman S.A.O.G" in the Second Schedule to the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 by Notification DBOD.IBD.No.4591/23.13.030/2012-13 dated September 26, 2012, published in the Gazette of India (Part III-Section 4) dated October 20, 2012.

NOTIFICATION

In pursuance of Clause (c) of sub-section (6) of Section 42 of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934), the Reserve Bank of India hereby directs the following alterations shall be made in the Second Schedule to the said Act namely:-

For the words “Oman International Bank S.A.O.G.” the words “HSBC Bank Oman S.A.O.G.” shall be substituted.
