S.O. 1838(E).—In the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance, (Department of Revenue), (Central Board of Direct Taxes) No. 54/2021 in F.No. 370142/46/2020-TPL, dated the 5th May, 2021, published vide number S.O. 1762(E) dated the 5th May, 2021 in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), at page 1, in paragraph 1, in line 3 - for “Stretford Investment Pte. Ltd.” read “Stretford End Investment Pte. Ltd.”.

A corrigendum is a formal correction made to a published document, such as a notification or article.
The correction is to amend the name of a company mentioned in a previous notification. The name has been changed from "Stretford Investment Pte. Ltd." to "Stretford End Investment Pte. Ltd."
The Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Central Board of Direct Taxes issued this correction.
This corrigendum was published on the 10th of May, 2021.
