The Standing Committee on Finance Branch has invited the views/suggestions on the Securities Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2013.  We  enclose the Securities Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2013 and seek your views/suggestions on the aforesaid Bill. We shall highly appreciate to receive the same on sonia.baijal@icsi.edu by October 24, 2013 to enable us to finalize the ICSI views.
