Submission of Post-Budget Memorandum 2010 by Indirect Taxes Committee

The Indirect Taxes Committee of the Institute has submitted the Post-Budget Memorandum, 2010 to the Ministry of Finance on 31st March, 2010. The Memorandum contains suggestions on issues arising out of Budget 2010 and on some other important matters with a view to make tax laws simple, fair and transparent.
