Shri P.C. Mody, Chairman, CBDT inaugurates the Phase II - Mid-Career Training Programme of Indian Revenue Service Officers today. The training programme is being conducted by CBDT in partnership with the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
The four-week virtual training programme is organized for IRS officers with 14-16 years of service in order to prepare them for transition from middle management to senior management in the Income Tax Department.
The training will cover various themes such as Strategic Future Thinking, Leading in Crisis, Change Management, Leading with Emotional Intelligence, Reputational Management, Digital Transformation and Taxation in the context of current National Economy.
