Settlement Commission four Members appointed 30 May 07 F.No. A.12026/1/2005-Ad.I Government of India Ministry of Finance Department of Revenue Dated : May 30, 2007 OFFICE ORDER NO 152/2007 The President of India is pleased to appoint Shri Raj Kishore, Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, Ahmedabad, as Member, Settlement Commission (Income Tax Wealth Tax) with headquarters at Mumbai with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the post and until he attains the age of 62 years or until further orders, whichever is earlier. 2. The above appointment of Shri Raj Koshore shall take effect after his voluntary retirement from the parent service (IRS). Upon joining the Settlement commission (IT/WT), the salary, allowances and other conditions of service of Shri Raj Kishore will be governed by the Settlement Commission (IT/WT) (Recruitment and Conditions of Service of Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Members) Rules, 2000 as amended from time to time. The above appointment of Ms. Suresh Trikha, shall take effect after his voluntary retirement from the parent service (IRS). Upon joining the Settlement Commission (IT/WT), the salary, allowances and other conditions of service of Ms. Suresh Trikha will be governed by the Settlement Commission (IT/WT) (Recruitment and Conditions of Service of Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Members) Rules, 2000 as amended from time to time. Sharan, Director General of Income Tax (Investigation) as member, Settlement Commission (Income Tax Wealth Tax) with headquarters at Kolkata with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the post and until he attains the age of 62 years or until further orders, whichever is earlier. 2. The above appointment of Shri R. Sharan shall take effect after his voluntary retirement from the parent service (IRS). Upon joining the Settlement Commission (IT/WT), the salary, allowances and other conditions of service of Shri R. Sharan will be governed by the Settlement Commission (IT/WT) (Recruitment and Conditions of Service of Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Members) Rules, 2000 as amended from time to time. The above appointment of Ms. G.H. Kriplani shall take effect after his voluntary retirement from the parent service (IRS). Upon joining the Settlement Commission (IT/WT), the salary, allowances and other co nditions of service of Ms. G.H. Kriplani will be governed by the Settlement Commission (IT/WT) (Recruitment and Conditions of Service of Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Members) Rules, 2000 as amended from time to time.
