Advocate Alakh Alok Srivastava filed the PIL on behalf of the India Wide Parents Association.
The scheme was introduced due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the exponential rise in cases, allowing students who do not wish to appear for the July exams to take them in November.
The CA exams are currently scheduled to be held between 29th July and 16th August.
