Approximately 34.09 lakh Tax Audit Reports (TARs) were filed for AY 2024-25.
There was a year-on-year growth of around 4.8% in the filing of Tax Audit Reports for AY 2024-25 compared to AY 2023-24.
The department conducted extensive outreach programmes via emails, SMSs, webinars, social media, and portal messages. They also uploaded user awareness videos and provided helpdesk support.
The e-filing Helpdesk team handled around 1.23 lakh queries from taxpayers during September and October 2024.
Various audit reports were filed, including TARs in Form Nos. 10B, 10BB, 3CA-CD, 3CB-CD, and other audit reports in Form Nos. 29B, 29C, 10CCB.
