The Income Tax Department has emphasized that early filing helps taxpayers avoid portal congestion, reduces the risk of errors, and facilitates quicker processing of returns and refunds. With filing numbers rising rapidly, officials expect a substantial surge in submissions during the final weeks of July.
Taxpayers can file their returns through the official Income Tax e-filing portal before the due date to avoid any last-minute rush.
