You can download it from the Income Tax Department's website. The utility is a user-friendly tool that allows you to file your ITR offline, without having to connect to the internet. To use the utility, you will need to have the following:
- A computer with Microsoft Excel installed
- A valid PAN number
- Your income and expense details for the financial year 2022-23
Once you have downloaded the utility, open it and follow the on-screen instructions. The utility will guide you through the process of filling out your ITR. Once you have completed the form, you can save it and upload it to the Income Tax Department's website.
