The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is the Founder Member of International Federation of Company Secretaries (IFCS).
The International Federation of Company Secretaries (IFCS) was constituted In 2004 with the objectives of Development and Promotion of the Profession of Company Secretaries, Best Company Secretarial Practices and Professional Administration at a Global Level.
