Monthly Review of Accounts of Union GoI upto the month of February 2022 for the FY 2021-22

The Government of India has received Rs.18,27,280 crore (83.9% of corresponding RE 2021-22 of Total Receipts) upto February, 2022 comprising Rs.14,80,886 crore Tax Revenue (Net to Centre), Rs. 3,10,131 crore of Non-Tax Revenue and Rs.36,263 crore of Non Debt Capital Receipts. Non-Debt Capital Receipts consists of Recovery of Loans Rs.22,749 crore and Miscellaneous Capital Receipts of Rs. 13,514 crore. Rs.7,87,822 crore has been transferred to State Governments as Devolution of Share of Taxes by Government of India upto February, 2022.

Total Expenditure incurred by Government of India is Rs.31,43,875 crore (83.4% of corresponding RE 2021-22), out of which Rs.26,58,694 crore is on Revenue Account and Rs.4,85,181 crore is on Capital Account. Out of the Total Revenue Expenditure, Rs.6,70,501 crore is on account of Interest Payments and Rs.3,82,161 crore is on account of Major Subsidies.
