The web form, named CAR (Company Affirmation of Readiness towards COVID-19), is designed for companies and LLPs to confirm their readiness to deal with the COVID-19 threat and build confidence in their preparedness.
The CAR web form was deployed on 23rd March 2020.
No, there is no payment of fee required to file this web form.
Any one of the current authorised signatories of the Company/LLP can submit the form online.
You will need to enter the company's CIN/FCRN/LLPIN/FLLPIN, confirm compliance with COVID-19 guidelines, and provide details of an authorised signatory with a valid DIN/PAN or Membership Number, followed by OTP verification.
The form is applicable for all Indian companies, Foreign companies, LLPs, and Foreign LLPs.
