The MCA has decided to extend the validity for companies to hold Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs) through video conferencing (VC) or other audiovisual means (OAVM).
The validity for holding EGMs through VC or OAVM has been extended until September 30, 2020.
The previous deadline for holding EGMs virtually was June 30, 2020.
