MCA Extends Deadline for Filing CRA-4 Cost Audit Report in XBRL Format Till 31st December 2025

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has extended the due date for filing Form CRA-4 (Cost Audit Report in XBRL format) for the financial year ending March 31, 2025, providing much-needed relief to companies and cost auditors. According to General Circular No. 07/2025, issued on October 27, 2025
