Form 24 is used by Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs) to apply for the striking off of their names from the register.
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has released the list of LLPs that have made an application in Form 24 for striking off their names.
LLPs are applying to be struck off in pursuance to Rule 37 (1) (b) of the Limited Liability Partnership Rules, 2009.
LLPs typically apply for strike off if they have not been carrying on any business or operation for a period of one year or more.
If you object to the proposed removal or strike off of an LLP's name, you may send your objection to the Registrar of Companies' office within thirty days from the date of publication of the notice.
