The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has announced that students who are unable to take the December 2020 examinations can opt to carry forward their exam fees to the June 2021 session. This decision has been made to accommodate students affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. All existing enrolment details, including modules and exemptions, will be carried forward automatically.

FAQ :
ICSI has allowed students to carry forward their examination fees to the June 2021 exam session if they choose not to appear for the December 2020 exams.
Students enrolled for the June 2020 session (merged with December 2020) or the December 2020 session who wish to appear in June 2021 instead are eligible.
Students must submit their request through a specific Google Form provided by ICSI. Requests made through any other means will not be accepted.
The window for submitting the carry forward request is from 2nd November 2020 to 6th November 2020.
Yes, your enrolment status, including modules, centre, exemptions, medium, syllabus, and elective subjects, will be carried forward as is.
You can enrol for additional modules by paying the extra fee when the June 2021 enrolment opens. However, switching back to an old syllabus from the new 2017 syllabus is not permitted.
