IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
SUB: REOPENING OF ONLINE EMPANELMENT OF MEMBERS TO ACT AS
OBSERVERS FOR MAY/JUNE 2024 EXAMINATIONS
It has been decided to reopen the online empanelment of members to act as observers at the examination centres for the Chartered Accountants' Examinations, May/June 2024, from 25th April 2024 to 27th April 2024 till 11.59 PM.
The eligible Members who could not get themselves empanelled earlier, may now do the same to act as observers for May/June 2024 examinations up to 27th April 2024 and self-select the observer’s assignment at the Portal.
Kindly note that Eligible Members are required to empanel afresh in every exam cycle.
The members desirous may visit the Observer Portal ie. https://observers.icaiexam.icai.org and make online application to act as observer for May/June 2024 examinations upto 27th April 2024 at 11.59 PM.
Simultaneously, the portal is live for self-selection of Observer Assignment for CA Examinations May 2024, subject to availability of vacancy in the particular city. Eligible Members may login with their credentials (Membership No as User ID) and (DoB DD/MM/YYYY as password) and self select the observer assignment.
Kindly note that, The Examination Committee in its 648th Meeting held on 8th and 9th January 2024 among others has decided that there should be a cooling off period for one attempt after three (3) consecutive attempts for Observership duties. The same be applicable w.e.f. May 2024 with retrospective details.
