The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) released the Technical Guide on CSR.
The Technical Guide on Accounting for Expenditure on Corporate Social Responsibility Activities was released on 1st July 2020.
The guide provides technical information on accounting for expenditure on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities.
The previous Guidance Note on Accounting for Expenditure on Corporate Social Responsibility Activities, issued on 15th May 2015, has been withdrawn.
