The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), through its Professional Development Committee, has announced the release of the Draft Panel for Appointment/Re-appointment of Statutory Auditors for State Co-operative Banks (StCCBs) and Central Co-operative Banks (CCBs) for the financial year 2026–27.
The draft panel, published on May 4, 2026, has been prepared in accordance with the applicable regulatory guidelines. ICAI has clarified that the MEF Panel for 2025–26 has been considered as the base for compiling the current draft panel.

DRAFT PANEL FOR APPOINTMENT/ RE-APPOINTMENT OF STATUTORY AUDITORS OF STATE CO-OPERATIVE BANKS (StCCBs) AND CENTRAL CO-OPERATIVE BANKS (CCBs) FOR THE YEAR 2026-27
We are pleased to inform that the Draft Panel for Appointment/Re-appointment of Statutory Auditors of State Co-operative Banks (StCCBs) and Central Co-operative Banks (CCBs) for the year 2026-27 prepared on the basis of applicable guidelines, is hosted at https://meficai.org. Please note that the MEF panel 2025-26 has been taken as the base panel for the preparation of this draft panel.
The applicants would be able to view their Category: A/B/C (as case may be) as per Guidelines on Appointment / Re-appointment of Statutory Auditors of State Co-operative Banks and Central Co-operative Banks dated January 15, 2024.
