The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has opened the online facility for students to apply for verification of marks, certified copies of answer sheets and inspection of evaluated answer books for the January 2026 CA examinations.
Candidates who appeared in the CA Final January 2026 examinations can submit their applications through the ICAI e-services portal. The application window opened on March 2, 2026, at 1:00 PM (IST) and will remain available until March 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM (IST).
Students seeking certified copies or inspection of answer sheets for the CA Final January 2026 examinations can also apply during the same period through the same portal.
For candidates who appeared in the CA Foundation and CA Intermediate January 2026 examinations, the application window for verification, certified copies and inspection opened later. These students can apply from March 9, 2026, at 11:00 AM (IST) and the facility will remain available until April 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM (IST).
Applicants must log in to the ICAI's official e-services portal and complete the online application process within the stipulated deadlines.
The verification process typically involves checking for totalling errors, verification of unanswered questions, and confirmation that marks have been correctly carried forward. Meanwhile, the certified copies and inspection facility allows students to review their evaluated answer sheets for greater transparency.
Students are advised to submit their requests well before the deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues on the portal.
