The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has re-opened the empanelment of members to act as observers for Jan/Feb 2021 Examinations from 21st December 2020 to 23rd December 2020. Read the official announcement below:

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
Sub: Reopening of empanelment of members to act as observers for November 2020 cycle-II (JANUARY/FEBRURAY, 2021) examinations.
The next CA Examinations are scheduled to be held from 21st JANUARY to 7th FEBRURY 2021.
In continuation to the Announcement dated 20th August 2020, regarding empanelment to act as observer at exam centres, it is informed that the window for empanelment of members to act as observers at the examination centres for the Chartered Accountants examinations, held in November, 2020 is reopened from 21st December at 11.00 AM to 23rd December 2020 11.59 PM.
The eligible Members, who had not applied earlier, may get themselves empaneled to act as observers for January/February 2021 Examinations up to 23rd December, 2020.
In other words, the members who had already applied for observership duties through online portal vide announcement dated 20th August, 2020 need not apply again.
The members desirous may visit the Observer Portal ie. http://observers.icaiexam.icai.org and make online application to act as observership for November, 2020 cycle-II (21st January 2021 to 7th February 2021) Examinations upto 23rd December, 2020.
However, it is clarified that eligibility particulars / details as announced vide Important Announcement dated 20th August, 2020 hosted on www.icai.org shall remain unchanged.
