The Aggregation of CA Firms Committee (CACAF) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced that the further implementation of the ICAI (Global Networking) Guidelines, 2025, has been kept in abeyance until further orders. The announcement was issued on 15th July 2026 by the Secretary of ICAI.
What Did ICAI Announce?
According to the official announcement, the implementation of the ICAI (Global Networking) Guidelines, 2025, which were notified on 11 February 2026 and published in the Gazette of India on 17 February 2026, has been temporarily suspended. Members have been advised to take note of this decision and await further directions from the Institute.
This means that any further actions, registrations, or compliance requirements arising from these Guidelines are effectively on hold until ICAI issues a fresh notification.

It is hereby informed that further implementation of the ICAI (Global Networking) Guidelines, 2025, notified vide Notification No. 3-CACAF/GN-F/2026 dated 11th February, 2026 and published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part III, Section 4, dated 17th February, 2026, is kept in abeyance until further orders.
