FAQ :
ICAI has allowed members a one-time window to generate UDINs for documents signed between 22nd October 2025 and 22nd November 2025, which could not be uploaded due to the transition to the new UDIN portal.
Members can generate these missed UDINs from 1st April 2026 to 30th April 2026, inclusive.
The relaxation specifically covers documents and reports signed during the period of 22nd October 2025 to 22nd November 2025.
For all documents and reports not covered by this specific period, the existing rule of generating UDIN within 60 days of signing will continue to apply.
This one-time relaxation is for members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
