The Board of Studies (Academic) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced the commencement of Mock Test Papers (MTP) Series I and Series II for students appearing in the CA Final November 2026 examinations. The announcement was issued on August 10, 2026.
According to ICAI, Mock Test Paper Series I will begin from September 9, 2026, while Series II will commence from September 23, 2026. The tests will be conducted in both physical and virtual modes, giving students flexibility to choose their preferred mode of participation. Students wishing to appear physically can contact their respective ICAI branches or regional offices.
CA Final MTP Series I Schedule
The first series of mock tests will be conducted from September 9 to September 21, 2026, between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM. The schedule is as follows:

How to Register for ICAI Mock Test Papers
Students can register through the BoS MTP Registration Portal. The registration process requires candidates to log in using their CA registration details and complete OTP verification. ICAI has also provided the option to register for physical mock tests through branches and regional offices across India.
Registration Steps
- Click on Student Login.
- New users should select "Register Now".
- Enter Registration Number and Date of Birth.
- Provide the registered Email ID available in SSP records.
- Verify using the OTP received via email and log in.
Question Papers and Answer Keys
ICAI informed that question papers for each subject will be uploaded on the BoS Knowledge Portal and MTP Registration Portal by 9:30 AM on the scheduled date. Students should attempt the papers within the prescribed examination time to simulate actual exam conditions. Answer keys will be uploaded within 48 hours of the commencement of each paper, enabling students to evaluate their performance and identify areas requiring improvement.
