The Gujarat government announced a two-day curfew on 21st and 22nd November 2020. On 20th November 2020, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India announced that during the curfew, CA Students will be allowed to travel, owing to the exam. It is further stipulated that the Admit Card issued and downloaded by the students shall be treated as an E-pass during travel. Read the official announcement below:

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
It has come to our knowledge that State of Gujarat has announced that there will be Curfew in the city of Ahmedabad during 21st and 22nd November, 2020 on the days on which Chartered Accountant Examinations November 2020 are also scheduled at the centres in the city of Ahmedabad.
The Institute has taken up matter with the Government of Gujarat and is pleased to inform that Government of Gujarat vide its Order No.V.S./Public Announcement/ASection/69/2020 dated 20th November 2020 have given relaxation to the students of Chartered Accountant Course to appear for the Examination as per notified schedule.
It is further stipulated that the Admit Card issued and downloaded by the students shall be treated as E-pass during travel. The students are further required to carry any photo id Card issued by the Central Government / State Government / Institute for the purpose of their identification.
