FAQ :
A new process involving biometric-based Aadhaar authentication and document verification at a GST Suvidha Kendra (GSK) has been rolled out for GST registration applicants in these states.
The functionality was rolled out on 6th September 2024.
After submission, applicants will receive an email with either a link for OTP-based Aadhaar Authentication or a link to book an appointment at a GST Suvidha Kendra (GSK) for biometric authentication and document verification.
You need to carry a copy of the appointment confirmation email, details of your jurisdiction, your Aadhaar Card and PAN Card (original copies), and the original documents uploaded with your application.
The biometric authentication and document verification will be conducted at a designated GST Suvidha Kendra (GSK).
GSTN has developed and rolled out this new functionality for biometric-based Aadhaar Authentication and document verification for GST registration.
