FM clarification on Budget

CLARIFICATION ON FM’S QUOTE 17:47 IST Ministry of Finance stoutly denies the PTI report to the effect that the Finance Minister has indicated that the Budget could be harsh on the people. At a function on 29th January, there was a light hearted question to which the Finance Minister replied humorously that “you may not be kind to me on February 29th”. It is disappointing that PTI should draw any unwarranted inference from the above
