The Rs 100 coin commemorates the Birth Centenary of Acharya Shri Vidyanand Ji Maharaj, and the Rs 75 coin celebrates the 75th Anniversary of the National Sample Survey (NSS).
Both coins are circular, have a 44 mm diameter, weigh 40 grams, and feature 200 serrations.
These coins were notified under the Coinage Act, 2011.
The reverse of the Rs 75 coin features the logo of the 75th NSS at the centre, with '1950' and '2025' inscribed on the top and bottom respectively, along with text in Devanagari and English referring to the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation and the National Statistics Office.
