Extension of time in Filing of annual return by Limited Liability Partnerships(LLPs) The Ministry vide circular No. 15/2012 dated 29-06-2012 has extended the time limit for filing of Annual Return by LLPs for financial year ended on 31-03-2012. LLPs can file the Annual return in Form No.11 upto 31-07-2012 without any additional fees.
