Discussion Paper on Foreign Direct Investment in Limited Liability Partnerships
The Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP) has so far released several Discussion Papers on various aspects related to FDI. In the series of these Discussion Papers, the fifth paper on ‘Foreign Direct Investment in Limited Liability Partnerships’ has now been released. The discussion paper has been uploaded on http://dipp.nic.in
The views and suggestions are invited on the gamut of issues raised in the discussion paper, particularly on Paragraph 6.0: ‘Issues for consideration’ by October 31, 2010. It is requested that, to the extent possible, facts, figures and empirical evidence may be furnished, in the context of the specific observations/suggestions made.
