Direct Taxes Committee of the ICAI invites suggestions for the Pre-Budget Memorandum
Since Direct Taxes Code Bill, 2010 has already been introduced in the Parliament, it is, expected that the Finance Bill to be introduced in February, 2011 would not make significant policy changes at this stage.
The submission regarding the Direct Taxes Code Bill, 2010 are being separately submitted. Suggestions are, therefore, invited for the Pre-Budget Memorandum, 2011 with a focus on issues that need to be remedied immediately.
