Company Secretaries (amendment) Act, 2011 - Notified date from which provisions of said act shall come into force

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section I of the Company Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 2011 (No. 4 of 2012) the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of February, 2012 as the date on which the provision of the said Act shall come into force.
