Certificate Course in International Taxation Organised by Fiscal Laws Committee Hosted by WIRC of the ICAI Theme The course is intending to cover various topics like Overview of Tax Treaties, Vienna Convention, Legislative Jurisdiction and International Law, Historical Overview, Main Trends and Evolution of Various Model Conventions, Model Treaties, Interpretation of Treaties including Tax Treaties , Principles & Provisions of International Taxation in the Domestic Law of few Countries , Cross border tax management, structuring of cross border transactions, Tax management tools and specific interpretation issues, Group Taxation, International Estate & Trust Taxation, Transfer pricing, Authority for Advance Rulings, Partnerships under the law of Tax Treaties, Triangular Cases, Parent Subsidiary Directives, Holding companies and tax management & Qualification Conflicts, Cross-Border Reorganizations, International Mergers & Acquisitions, Current international practices in curbing treaty shopping and treaty abuses. Case studies.
