FAQ :

It is a special initiative by the CBIC to prioritise and dispose of all pending refund and drawback claims.

The drive is scheduled to run from 15th May 2021 to 31st May 2021.

The primary objective is to provide immediate relief to businesses, especially MSMEs, by promptly processing and disposing of pending refund and drawback claims.

Principal Chief Commissioners and Chief Commissioners are responsible for closely monitoring the performance on a daily basis and guiding officers.

Wherever the applicant's email ID is available, all communication will be conducted via email to facilitate exporters.

Deficiency memos should be reviewed, and refund or drawback claims should be considered on their individual merits.
