Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has released updated Common Offline Utility for filing Income Tax Returns ITR 1, ITR 2, ITR 3, and ITR 4 for the Assessment Year (A.Y.) 2023-24.

The ITR Offline Utility is a software application that taxpayers can use to fill and file their income tax returns without having to access the internet. It is a useful tool for taxpayers who live in areas with poor internet connectivity or who prefer to file their returns offline.
