FAQ :
The last date for updating UDINs in all Income Tax Forms has been extended to 15th February 2021.
Updating UDINs is necessary for treating Income Tax Forms as valid. If UDINs are not updated, the forms may be treated as null and void by the CBDT.
This extension applies to all Income Tax Forms for which UDINs needed to be updated, particularly those uploaded between 27th April 2020 and 26th November 2020.
If you have already updated your UDINs, you can ignore this announcement.
For current uploads of IT Forms, members are requested to update the valid UDIN within 15 days of uploading.
