news of such a brutal murder of one of our such a young member Mr Paras Dugar from Naharlagun, Arunachal Pradesh.
We are not only condemning such a heneous act but are also
going to make an appropriate representation to ministry allowing them
to appreciate that such things are happening to our noble profession
while discharging the duty as a sincere member.
