FAQ :
A new process involving biometric-based Aadhaar authentication and document verification has been introduced for GST registration applicants in these regions.
The functionality was rolled out on 15th February 2025.
Applicants will receive an email with a link for either OTP-based Aadhaar authentication or to book an appointment for biometric Aadhaar authentication and document verification at a GST Suvidha Kendra (GSK).
You will need to bring a copy of your appointment confirmation email, details of your jurisdiction, your original Aadhaar Card and PAN Card, and the original documents uploaded with your application.
This process is conducted at a designated GST Suvidha Kendra (GSK).
ARNs will be generated only after the biometric-based Aadhaar Authentication process and document verification are successfully completed.
