Multipurpose Empanelment Application Form for the years 2007-08
Members may please note that the Multipurpose Empanelment Form for 2007-08 has been hosted on the website www.meficai.org on 11th July, 2007. The last date for submission of application on the above website is 14th August, 2007 and the last date for receipt of duly signed hard copy of Declaration (alongwith a copy of the acknowledgement of soft submission of application received by e-mail) at the Institute's Delhi office is 25th August, 2007. You are requested to fill the form correctly and submit the same on or before the above date and time, as per the 'Instructions and Applicant Guide' hosted on the abovesaid website.
