MCA21 Version 3.0 is the third iteration of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs' digital platform, designed to improve corporate compliance and stakeholder experience through enhanced services and new functionalities.
The first phase includes a revamped website with an enhanced look and feel, new email services for MCA officers with advanced features, an e-Book for easy access to updated legislations, and an e-Consultation module for virtual public consultations on proposed amendments.
The e-Book module provides users with easy access to updated legislations and includes a tracking mechanism for historical changes in the law.
The e-Consultation module will facilitate virtual public consultations on proposed amendments and new legislations, leveraging Artificial Intelligence to compile and analyse stakeholder feedback for quicker policy decisions.
The second and final phase of MCA21 V3.0 is scheduled to be launched from October 2021 onwards.
MCA21 V3.0 will be data analytics and machine learning driven, leveraging the latest technologies to improve existing services and create new functionalities.
