2. Posting of Shri P K Ray (77023) is in compliance to
the directions of CAT, Guwahati Bench in OA No. 181/2006 and is made
subject to the Government filing an SLP/WP in the Court.

3. Posting of H V Kalra (82011) is made in compliance
to the directions of High Court, Chandigarh in CWP No. 9449 of 2007 and
subject to the Government filing an SLP against this order, As no
vacancy exists at Chandigarh at present, on post of CIT(Appeals),
Kolkata is being transferred on a temporary basis. CCIT(CCA), Chandigarh
is directed to take further necessary action in this regard.

4. With these orders, all representations from
officers in the rank of CsIT/DsIT stand disposed off. CCIT(CCAs shall
ensure that all officers under order of posting (including earlier
orders, if any are relieved immediately and compliance sent to the
Board.

5. The CCIT(CCA) shall ensure that the officers before
being relieved submit their Resume/Self Assessment and report/review the
ACRs of their subordinates and submit them to the concerned Reviewing
Offices, as the case may be.
