Dear Professional Colleagues,
We express our thanks to you for getting registered as delegate of the 40th National Convention of Company Secretaries scheduled to be held on October 4-6, 2012 at Aamby Valley.
At the ensuing National Convention, we are expecting to have more than 1000 delegates and we are to inform you that the requests for residential delegation have exceeded the number of accommodation available at Aamby Valley and at Hotel Fariyas.
Under the circumstances, we regret to inform that the Institute has decided to close the registration of delegates even on Non-Residential basis with immediate effect due to logistic constraint.
We, however, appreciate the enthusiasm amongst our members in respect of the ensuing National Convention. Members who will not be able to attend the National Convention can however view the video recordings of the Convention at ICSI Knowledge Portal. Date of such availability will be intimated separately.
Members and other delegates who have registered for the National Convention are once again requested to send their travel itinerary in the format sent by the Institute latest by September 25, 2012 to transport@icsi.edu so that pick up facilities from specific points both at Mumbai, Pune and Lonavala can be arranged at the respective pickup points before the commencement of the journey for attending the National Convention.
