ALL MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL
Madam/Dear Sir,
The President, in terms of the authority given to him by the Council at its 363rd meeting held on 12th February, 2017, has re-constituted the Group to review and realign the provisions of Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 and the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988 to ensure continued relevance to the needs of the profession, with the following composition:-
- CA. Tarun J. Ghia, Convenor
- CA. G. Sekar
- CA. Nandkishore Chidamber Hegde
- CA. K. Sripriya
- CA. Kemisha Soni
- Ms. Shalini Kathuria Gulati, Deputy Secretary will continue to act as Secretary to the said group.
The President has requested the Group to complete the task at the earliest so that the report of said Group can be placed at the next meeting of the Council.
