Final list of candidates and their particulars for election to the Twenty Third Council and Twenty Second Regional Councils
In terms of sub-rule (1) of Rule 15 of the Chartered Accountants (Election to the Council) Rules, 2006 read with Regulation 134(10) of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988, the final list of contesting candidates and their particulars for election to the Twenty Third Council and Twenty Second Regional Councils to be held on 4th & 5th December, 2015 at Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi/New Delhi, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune, Surat and Thane and on 5th December, 2015 at rest of the places in India, of the respective constituency, was sent to the members vide circular letter dated 6th November, 2015.
It has been brought to our notice that some members have not received the same or have received faulty bound booklets, wherein certain inside pages relate to some other region. If any member has also not received the booklets or received defective one as stated above, he/she may please inform us through email atbiodata.election2015@icai.in so that the correct copy can be sent to him/her immediately.
It may be mentioned that the final list of candidates and their particulars was also hosted in our website on 17th November, 2015 and the same continues to be hosted in the website at the link - http://icai.org/post.html?post_id=12122. The particulars of candidates was also sent to all the voters by email on 27th November, 2015.
The above message is also being emailed to all the voters at their email ID on records of the Institute.
