ANNOUNCEMENT EMPANELMENT OF MEMBERS TO ACT AS OBSERVERS AT THE EXAMINATION CENTRES FOR THE CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS EXAMINATIONS NOVEMBER/ DECEMBER 2016. It is proposed to empanel members to act as Observers for the forthcoming NOVEMBER/ DECEMBER 2016 Chartered Accountants Examinations scheduled as under: Intermediate (IPC) and Final exams :from 1st November 2016 to 16th November 2016 Common Proficiency Test (CPT) :On 18th December 2016 (Sunday) Eligibility criteria for empanelment:
