This appeal by the assessee emanates from the order passed by the CIT(TDS), Pune on 25-09-2019 in relation to the assessment year 2019-20.
2. Before us, the assessee has filed a letter dated 23-12-2020 seeking withdrawal of the appeal. The relevant contents of such letter reads as under :
“With respect to above mentioned subject I request you to kindly grant me permission to withdraw my appeal filed before your honour as I have opted for the Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme in respect of the above mentioned appeal.
Please find enclosed herewith Form No.3 along with copy of Challan for the tax paid under DTVSV for your kind perusal.”
